You build movable siege towers and begin your attack from the west side of the city. As they get closer, the fierce Saguntines hurl missiles at your towers. Not only are they successful in halting your war machines, a chosen bands of young warriors sallies forth from the great tower of Saguntum to visciously attack your towers. As your ranks begin to take sharp losses, you mount your horse to ride out and rally the troops, letting your frustration get the better of your judgment. You are in the open at the head of your troops when a Saguntine hurls a javelin, striking you full on the thigh. You are severely wounded. As your medics pull you to safety, you call back your fruitless attack. The Saguntines are more than you’ve bargained for. Your plan is failed, what next general?
